- Shepherds is now contactless payment only. No cash payments will be accepted in-store.
- Please do attend your appointment punctually and with no companions. An extra 15 minutes has been added to all appointments to allow time for cleaning, and we will request that all clients wash their hands and face before and after.
- We kindly ask you to cancel your appointment if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.
- Masks will be offered at the salon, but please feel free to wear your own if necessary – We appreciate that due to the nature of the service we provide, it may not be possible for customers to wear masks. Rest assured that we will be wearing masks, and facial vizors ourselves.
